On March 30th, 2025, we had to say goodbye to our American Akita, Yuki. She would always be next to me as I continued my tradition of planting sunflower seeds in a small patch of our yard. It was one of the last things we did together. I wanted to somehow memorialize her in that little garden and eventually found the Waterproof Paper Cement Clay recipe here. I cannot thank you enough for sharing the recipe so that this was made possible.
What a perfect way to commemorate her, thank you for sharing! I wanted to do this for our 17 year old chi-weenie dog, She was so oddly proportioned with such an expressive face, I know I wouldn’t do her justice. This medium is near-perfect for so many projects. I am glad you shared yours with us!
