I (Mom) helped my daughter (7) make the mask. She painted it all on her own! It was such a hit! For the paper mache layer, we opted for Mod Podge and white printer paper. Not as smooth, but got us through it quickly and was easy to paint straight away with acrylic paint and skip a gesso layer (we made this in a 24 hour period!) Thank you so much! We just downloaded a few more patterns, one we hope to adapt to make a Mexican alebrije! We’ll post pictures later!
