I started with balloons tape and wire. When he’s was sold I coated in outdoor concrete clay then let that dry totally. Then pai ted him totally black with outdoor spray paint dry brushed other colors. Sealed with clear spay paint probably should of used mat not semi but it is what it is.
Great texture to his fur/hair!
Your dry brushing pulled up the texture beautifully
You can always cover him with matte varnish at a later date if you want to
