Penny, I love all the textures you put on your sculptures – they’re different every time. How did you make the texture on this one? With the texture, color and flower, it looks almost abstract. The color surprised me at first, but I really like it. 🙂
Hi Jonni. I like experimenting with the sculptures and seeing what speaks to me :). Yes, it is more abstract in appearance. I was deliberately layering small pieces of the clay without smoothing them out so it has a more textured or lumpy appearance. I shall post some more of my creations :).
