Making my dragon mask was fun and easy! I thought it looked terrific with the rest of my costume. I glued on some feathers for eyelashes.
The mask bobbed around on my head a bit, so I lined the inside with some hat insert foam tape, and I also attached the back of the mask to the spine piece of my costume with sewing hooks and eyes.
I’m afraid it was hard to see out of both eyes of the mask at the same time, so I was walking around without much depth perception! Next time, I’ll probably go for a mask that sits on top of my head rather than over my eyes.
