Sugar Glider

Made by Patricia (Pat) Wilson

Sugar Gliders use the flaps of skin between their hands and feet to “fly”. I just thought this guy was so cute, I had to make it. It is a cardboard armature of sorts, covered and shaped with foil and then Jonni’s paper mâché clay and then joint compound.

  1. How did you make the hands/feet/fingers? I want to make a squirrel but have been unsure as to how to approach them.

  2. He’s ready to take off. Cute as can be. I like the color even though I have no idea of what it is! You could stick these guys anywhere. Thanks.
