Our inboxes can sometimes get a little too creative, and emails we want to read get hidden in the SPAM folder or your Promotions tab. To make sure you receive every issue, just follow these steps:

Gmail users:

Move the email to your primary inbox:

• On your phone? Hit the 3 dots at the top right corner, click “Move to”, then “Primary”
• On desktop? Back out of this email then drag and drop this email into the “Primary” tab near the top left of your screen
• If in junk folder, mark as “not spam”

Apple mail users:

Tap on my email address (jonni@ultimatepapermache.com) at the top of the first email you receive (next to “From:” on mobile) and click “Add to VIPs”
