Shoebill Mask and Feathered Costume

I did not make the wings, but the mask was all me. I went with a bit of a brighter yellow and and darker shades of grey/black for more of a spooky vibe. I won best costume at my friend’s halloween party in the adirondacks – and several people knew I was a shoebill stork without even having to ask.
