I have to say there is a memory attached to roosters like this. My brother went before his city council to bypass a law saying chickens weren’t allowed in the city. He took his pet chicken, and it made such a hit in city hall and in his neighborhood (all the neighbors supported him), they bypassed the chicken law for him. This is so cute and at home. Thanks.
