I was inspired by the fable of the Pirate Fish and the Alien Apple. It tells the story of 2 pirate fish who were just going about their day to day lives near the pyramids. Suddenly an alien apple breaks through the earth’s crust and challenges then to a game of tennis. If the alien apple loses they shall journey back into the earth’s core. However if they win, the alien apple shall seize control of the earth, using it as their very own massive tennis ball. The pirate fish were worried, but after building a robot tennis suit they decided to play. The pirate fish won the game and peace and harmony was restored.
Interesting sculpture, Ian – and an interesting story to go with it! Is it a fairly new fable, or did you write it? I’m glad the fish won. 🙂
