Hi from Portugal everyone!
In order to have a scenario for my baroque mignons I decided to make a piece of a palace facade.
The photos show some progress from the papermache “carcass”, I’ve added some decoration around the windows frame with dasclay and am no working on some faux windows to implement some busts.

Thank you Madame. Yes, all swirls are dasclay made from furniture swirls with polymorph. Today created the metopas and am still deciding which kind of capitel I’ll do … Tomorrow its balustrade for the top and finally making the busts to stuck on those faux windows.
Am still wondering if to make the interior as well in order to use it for the same purpose … I’d like to do a sort of grand iron gate too, we’ll see ……

Very interesting, Mr. P. The detailing around the windows is really impressive. Is that where you’re using the Das clay? I assume that you have more work to do on it. Will we get to see the facade when it’s completed?
