Reader Sara Carlson finished this bunny just in time for Easter, using our new paper mache clay recipe.
Sara softened the bunny by adding a needle-felted tail, and he’s standing on a bed of reindeer moss.
‘Nuff said. Here’s the Easter bunny, made with paper mache clay.

I know this comment is late but he’s cute! If you are receiving this, what is your latest bunny, Michelle?
HI there. I have question about the base of what you’re applying the pulp to. I am trying to make something and would like to send you pic. Can you email me? Thank you so much!
Hi Michelle. I don’t know if Sara is still watching her post for comments. If you’d like to watch an extended series of videos showing how I made a rabbit (including the armature), you can find links to all the videos here. Just scroll down that page to see the Ballerina Bunny links.
You are more than welcome to post a photo of your project on the blog. The best spot for photos is the Daily Sculptors page, because a lot of readers subscribe to the comments on that post, which means that more people will get to see your project. And everyone is really helpful, if you make a specific request for suggestions.
Verry nice! i like it! how did you get it to stand up straight?
