Do you have any very simple patterns for 1st grade students? Thank you!???
Hi Mary. I don’t have any patterns that were made for children. Several years ago I bought this book by Michael Grater (it’s outrageously expensive now). It was really clever, with patterns that you could just cut out and fold up into a wide variety of masks. I just checked to see if anyone else had one for sale, and there’s one on eBay for about $5. If you can get a copy, I think it would give you some great ideas for your students. They’re just made with paper, so his patterns probably wouldn’t work with paper mache, though. But painting them would be a lot of fun. 🙂
