Made by Heather Romig
After searching Google for a wolf mask to purchase for my 8 year old’s Halloween costume, we couldn’t find ANYTHING that was neither horrifying or well-made.
After doing some more searching, we stumbled onto your site and saw the wonderful papier-mâché wolf mask tutorial. My son and I watched your videos together and agreed that we would try!
Well, many hours later (and several weekends in October 2021), we finished. And my son was absolutely thrilled with the result! Inspired by other wolf mask pictures on your site, we added the fur to it as well. My mother and I did it all together, and it was a wonderful project with a thrilling result. I did have some trouble with the flour/water mixture for the newspaper at first, but I think it was just the type of flour I was using. I switched to a different brand of flour, and it went on SO much better.
We now have his wolf mask hanging proudly on his bedroom wall.
We can’t thank you enough for your printable pattern and wonderful video tutorials!
