I came upon your YouTube channel because I was looking for a very reliable homemade paper mache clay. I used your smooth papermache clay ( I think your most recent recipe) and used it on the entire dove body. It was a piece of art work for my church during Pentecost to represent the Holy Spirit. It now resides in our church offices prayer room. ‘
I loved the paper mache clay and I am in the process of using it on your mannequin and skeleton templates to make faces. But I wanted to share because the clay also really helped me with the feathers and keeping them in place. The feathers were the biggest challenge. But I was able to apply a glob of the paper mache clay to each pin feather, use a clothes pin and clip it down on a cardboard form. It was magic.
