Made by Margarethe Brummermann
I am still making pots in the Anasazi style and sculptures with their techniques using wild clay, mineral pigments and open fires I got so many positive responses to my non-paper-mache efforts that I feel encouraged to make another post. The first image shows pieces fresh out of the fire. Quail and turtles come apart – little containers with lids. The horse with rider stand nearly 20 in high It will be in my next firing after we get some rain and the danger of causing a raging wild fire is over. The monsoon in AZ has begun, so that can be any day now.
I will eventually offer all of this for sale, but I have not set up a web site for it yet. Just contact me here if interested.

They’re really nice, Margarethe – be sure to let us know when you have a website for them. 🙂
