Fill your house with some of the best-loved animals on the planet with these four patterns for paper mache.

These four patterns are included in this set of PDF patterns:

This set of downloadable patterns includes two different masks, the lion and wolf, that you can wear to a party or display on your wall (like I do). Also included are the giraffe, which looks beautiful when displayed on a desk or shelf, and the life-sized baby Indian elephant.

The lion, wolf and giraffe patterns create all the shapes for you – just print the patterns, glue them to cardboard and cut them out. Then you tape them together (the instructions show you how) and add paper mache. And now you bring your sculpture to life by painting it any way you like.

The baby elephant pattern is different – because it’s so big, you will draw the pattern onto heavy cardboard or light plywood, cut it out, and then fill in all the rounded shapes with crumpled paper and masking tape before adding paper mache. Watch the video on this page to see how this is done.

Each pattern comes with complete instructions, and you can download the PDF files right after ordering. That means you can get started on your projects right away.

Click on the following links to see the individual patterns and videos:

And remember to scroll down each page so you can see how other people have painted them. You’ll see that each wolf, lion, giraffe and elephant that is made with these templates will show the creativity of the artist who makes them.

And then come back to this page to get a great discount on the four-pattern set!

    • Hi Britt. I don’t make and sell completed masks or sculptures. However, there is probably an artist near you who would be happy to use the lion pattern to create one for you. 🙂
