I made this mask about 18 months ago. I’m part of an activist group who is very concerned about the impact of the US Border Wall adjoining Mexico on wildlife, including jaguars. The area I am in is a jaguar hotspot.
Ended up giving the mask away to a 10 year old girl who delivered a fiery speech and sang about the jaguar looking for water. I was incredibly moved. Going to make 2 more in the next few weeks.
Andrea, thanks for showing us your jaguar mask, and telling us about the problems that the border wall is causing for wildlife. I’ll check your website to see what ideas you have for redesigning it. (That’s a great t-shirt, too. 🙂 )
