Jag Head Study

Made by Jane Adamo

If you just feel like doing a small animal head, they look great on a dowel stuck into a block of wood. I just found a good profile photo, transferred the outline to corrugated board, filled in the face with newspaper.

Eyeball Hack: Roll tin foil into a ball, cover it with blue shop towel dipped in paste, and then wind the towel tight around the sphere and form it into a twisted “stick” on the back of the eyeball; dry, paint. Then you can punch a hole in your animal head, squeeze glue in, and insert the eyeball! It works a treat!

I think I should have used Matte Varathane finish — jaguars don’t shine!
