A friend “commissioned” me to do a sculpture for her friend, and agreed to make a matching donation to the animal rescue that Fritz B went to. The subject, Jack, loves getting in the pool, so I decided to accessorize him. His collar says “Swim, Dry, Repeat!” The challenge was painting his textured fur. Also, when I did the sculpture to Jack’s actual measurements, his legs looked mutantly long, so I took some creative license.
I think he looks great. What a good idea with the swimming goggles!
