Iron Maiden Eddie

Made by Clayton Trehal

Eddie is the mascot for the 80’s rock band ‘Iron Maiden’. My brother and law and I both turned 50 this year so I made this for his office as a present. If you’re an Iron Maiden fan, this is potentially cool. This is the first thing I used Jonni’s Paper Mache Clay on. Eddie is a foam head mounted on a wood base with Christmas Lights for eyes and a mache clay exterior. His teeth are press-on nails. This particular one matches the Iron Maiden Album ‘Aces High’. Couldn’t have made this without Jonni’s videos and tips!

  1. What a thoughtful present for an Iron Maiden fan! I had to look them up, and I can see that you really caught the character perfectly. Love those teeth! While rummaging around on Googe, I saw that they’re having a tour this year – will you be attending any of their shows?
