Made by Clayton Trehal
Eddie is the mascot for the 80’s rock band ‘Iron Maiden’. My brother and law and I both turned 50 this year so I made this for his office as a present. If you’re an Iron Maiden fan, this is potentially cool. This is the first thing I used Jonni’s Paper Mache Clay on. Eddie is a foam head mounted on a wood base with Christmas Lights for eyes and a mache clay exterior. His teeth are press-on nails. This particular one matches the Iron Maiden Album ‘Aces High’. Couldn’t have made this without Jonni’s videos and tips!

Wow! I’m sending this to my older brother!!! Love that you made Eddie! My brother used to torment me with spooky stories of Eddie jumping off the album covers at night and give me nightmares! Typical siblings in the ‘80’s! Ha ha! This is great!
Outstanding work Clayton!….I’ve seen Maiden quite a few times myself and know that many fans are very hardcore in their following of the band collecting all sorts of memorabilia so I can quite imagine how pleased your brother must have been to receive this from you on his birthday!…well done indeed
What a thoughtful present for an Iron Maiden fan! I had to look them up, and I can see that you really caught the character perfectly. Love those teeth! While rummaging around on Googe, I saw that they’re having a tour this year – will you be attending any of their shows?
