This Simba headdress is for a Broadway themed fundraiser. I creased the cardboard when assembling for an abstract look. The event producer is thrilled with how it turned out. I also saved the producers money. Etsy has Simba masks for $1,000+. With the pattern and supplies this mask was under $70. The main expense was the synthetic feathers from Michael’s. The assembly videos on this web site were super helpful.
