Made by Noah Brennan
Large gorilla made with the new paper cement clay recipe. He stands 36in tall and 46in long and has glass eyes. I made him for a local town fair. It took about a month to make and I’m excited about the results. He also scared a bunch of dogs that happened into my booth 🙂
I’m in love with this new cement recipe. I feel it’s much easier to work with and much more durable. Just my opinion but I’m sold on using it. Thanks Jonni

Wow, very impressive!
WoW, great work! Congratulations!
Amazing and perfect job! What I enjoyed most was its peaceful expression. ?
Thank you Ana. The expression really does make the piece. The sculpture felt “ok” until the glass eyes were put in. Then it came to life.
Absolutely fabulous work!
Thank you Lisa.
WOW!!!!! Magnificent! I haven’t tried the paper cement clay recipe but your work certainly is proof of how well it works. Congrats!
Yea, I’m really impressed with the recipe. I use it exclusively now. It’s durable, doesn’t sag with moisture, and shapes well when molding. I love it.
I can see why he scared those dogs, Noah – he looks so real! The folks who saw him at the fair must have been as impressed as I am – thank you so much for showing him to us. 🙂
