My first time trying paper Mache. Jonnie’s instructions are so so fabulous !! I didn’t have a glue gun so I have stuck everything together with tape and stapes. So it’s not so neat.
Personally I don’t think masking tape was required.
My clay was a bit too thick , so hard to spread.
I’ve decided to keep it white as it goes with my decor.
Natasha, I sure hope you don’t mess up your giraffe on my account. He’s pretty as is. If you do decide that it works for you, please show us. Thank you.
Natasha, If he belonged to me (and I wish he did) I think I’d paint the eyes a shiny black, but I still really love him. That entire scenario is aesthetically pleasing. Wonderful job!
