For our son’s book character day at school this year he was Gerald the giraffe that couldn’t dance.
We came across this wonderful site and ordered the pattern , with a minor adjustment to extend the neck so that this is actually a mask we were able to make Gerald come to life! the pattern is easy to use and instructions are easy to follow.
Our son won as the best character of the day and we will surely be returning to this site for our next project.
What a great costume! And you found a clever way to turn the giraffe into a mask – I don’t think I’ve seen anyone do it that way before. Thanks for sharing! 🙂
