Christmas present for my mother in law. She’s a cat lover and my wife had asked if I could come up with anything. The lava lamp had recently broke so I decided to repurpose the lamp. This is several layers of regular tissue paper and Elmer’s glue.
Thank you, I did. I then cut out the eyes to try and make them bulge a little and the tongue protrudes out as well. I am very happy with this piece and my MIL is as well.
What a clever idea, and it looks great! Did you use a balloon for the shape of Felix’s head? 🙂
