Thanks, Jonni, for your videos and patterns! I am really enjoying them. This is my first mask. I don’t even need a chimp mask, but it was so much fun to make. Your patterns and videos made it so easy! I made a textured paint using paint, glue, water, and baking soda. I cut up bits of yarn to give the chimpanzee some fur. I don’t have one of those mannequin heads, so I just sat him on top of a half gallon mason jar to paint. I can’t decide which one to do next!
He looks great, Tracy – I love the fur. It looks so realistic. Don’t you want to pet him as you walk by? I’m so glad you had fun making him. 🙂
