Blackbird

Hi there! I just discovered this community. This was my first time making a sculpture with paper mache.

I was inspired by the small cheerful blackbirds I see in my local park. Its head was made out of part of an egg carton. I had a lot of fun making this and really enjoyed the opportunity to take something that was headed for the recycling bin and turn it into something fun to look at.
