Jonni, have you or others used faux fur on their Paper-mâché animals? I could not find many examples when doing my research. It was surprisingly much easier than I thought. I wrapped the legs with eye-lash wool to get the fuzzy texture.
Wow – it’s fuzzy, and it has translucent wings, and it looks exactly like a bee! I love it! Thanks for letting us see it. From the title of your post it sounds like you’re going to make more than one. Are they for a public display?

Yes, I made nine of them for a store’s honey display in Victoria,BC, Canada.
