Artist at Work . A paper mache caricature of me working on a paper mache cat . The figure and the cat were made with paper mache . The cap is part of a sock . The tin can is a piece of toilet paper tube . The brush , pencil , and tools were made from chopsticks . The eyeglasses are bent wire with soda bottle plastic for lenses . The beard is cotton string . The hands are acrylic polymer clay . The shirt was made from a pair of old jeans , stiffened with Modpodge . The cat is sitting on a wooden drawer pull .The project was painted with acrylic paint and then coated with matte Modpodge .
