I live next to the library but they are moving. I did this as a guerilla piece for when they do move. This guy was bound for trouble. Then came COVID and library closed and I went ahead and moved him to the library. He was in front for several months.

Thanks Rhonda! I had fun surreptitiously watching the reactions. Saw one woman yelling “Hey! The library is closed.” Wish I knew what became of him, LOL. The library is now doing curbside pickup and when they started that the Boy disappeared.
