I was tasked to make a golden monkey statue for my son’s school play. I came across your YouTube videos on creating an armature and your wonderful paper Mache recipes. It was not easy but way easier than my previous attempts with props. I was SOOOOO happy and enjoyed this process much better (less messy) and it was much faster than anticipated.
The looks on the kids faces and the director’s comments was well worth learning and making this monkey (I struggled a bit with the legs and arms but think that has to do with my animal making ability). Thank you so much. Now I want to try using your patterns as the next play is the Lion King.
